Browser based frequency studio
Build the sound
that puts you under
Set a frequency in hertz, layer noise and a binaural beat, choose a length, then download the file and keep it.
No account needed to generate. WAV and MP3 export.
What it makes
A tone is a number. We
make it a finished file.
Pure tones hold a single pitch. Noise fills the space around it. Binaural beats send two close frequencies to two ears so the difference sits between them.
Hz Vibes lets you stack those three ingredients, hear the result instantly, and render it at the length you actually sleep for.
Nothing is streamed back to you on a subscription. The render is a normal audio file you own, drop into a playlist, or hand to a class.

Sound library
Six kinds of sound,
one set of controls
Every source in the library uses the same layer panel, so mixing a rain bed under a 4 Hz beat works the same way as stacking two pure tones.

Pure tones
Single sustained pitches in four waveforms, tuned to the exact hertz value you type.
20 to 20,000 Hz
Binaural beats
Two close tones split left and right, with the difference set by you. Headphones required.
0.5 to 40 Hz offset
Noise colours
Broadband beds that mask a noisy room, each with its own tilt across the spectrum.
White, pink, brown
Isochronic pulses
A tone switched on and off at a steady rate, audible on speakers as well as headphones.
1 to 30 pulses
Solfeggio set
The familiar frequency set as plain sine tones, offered without any health claims.
174 to 963 Hz
Ambient textures
Recorded beds you can lay under a tone when a bare frequency feels too clinical.
Rain, room, hum
Where people use it
Made for nights,
classes, and edits
The same four controls serve very different rooms. These are the settings people come back to.
8 hr
The longest single render, enough for a full night without a loop seam.
01
Falling asleep
Set a low binaural offset under a brown noise bed, render eight hours with a slow fade in, and let it play through the night without an app timing out.
4 Hz offset, brown noise, 8 hour WAV
02
Calming down fast
A twenty minute sine tone with a rain layer gives you something steady to breathe against between meetings, on a train, or after a hard call.
174 Hz sine, rain bed, 20 minute MP3
03
Teaching a class
Meditation teachers and yoga studios render a track that matches the exact length of a session, so the sound ends when the practice does.
Custom length, matched fades

Scoring your own work
Creators pull tone beds into a video edit or a podcast without licensing a stock loop. The file is yours to reuse across projects.
WAV 44.1 kHz, reusable
Questions
Plain answers,
and safe listening
Safe listening
Keep the volume moderate and start low. Very high and very low frequencies at high level can damage hearing and speakers.
Take headphones off if anything feels uncomfortable. Hz Vibes is a sound tool, not a medical device or a treatment for any condition.
- Do I need an account to generate a sound?
- No. The studio opens with a tone ready to play and you can render and download without signing up. An account only saves your presets.
- Do binaural beats need headphones?
- Yes. A binaural beat depends on each ear receiving a different tone, so speakers will not produce the effect. Isochronic pulses work on speakers.
- What file do I get?
- A WAV at 44.1 kHz for full quality, or a 320 kbps MP3 when you need a smaller file. Both download straight to your device.
- Can I use the files in my own work?
- Yes. Tracks you render are yours to use in classes, videos, podcasts, and client work, including commercially.
- Does it work on a phone?
- The generator runs in a mobile browser. Long overnight renders are faster and more reliable on a laptop or desktop.
